Welcome to VresParea. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the VresParea mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
01 Who We Are
VresParea is a sports networking platform designed to help athletes in Greece find sports partners, organise games, and discover tournaments.
02 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you represent that:

- ● You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- ● You will comply with all applicable local, national, and EU laws
Users under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.
03 Account Registration
3.1 Creating an Account
You may register using a valid email address and password, or by signing in through your Google account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at vresparea@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.3 One Account per Person
Each person may hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to evade suspension is prohibited.
04 Acceptable Use
4.1 You Agree To:
- ● Use the App only for lawful purposes related to sports networking
- ● Provide truthful information in your profile and listings
- ● Treat other users with respect and civility
- ● Report content or behaviour that violates these Terms
4.2 You Agree NOT To:
- ● Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
- ● Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
- ● Share offensive, discriminatory, or hateful content
- ● Impersonate another person or entity
- ● Spam, advertise, or solicit for commercial purposes
- ● Attempt to scrape or extract data by automated means
- ● Interfere with the App's infrastructure or security
- ● Facilitate illegal activities of any kind
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal of your account.
05 User-Generated Content
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting, you grant VresParea a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, display, and transmit that content solely for operating the App.
5.2 Content Standards
- ● Must be accurate and not misleading
- ● Must comply with applicable laws
- ● Must not infringe intellectual property rights
- ● Must not contain personal data of third parties without consent
5.3 Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is harmful to the platform.
06 Games and Tournaments
Games and tournaments are organised by users. VresParea:
- ● Does not verify or guarantee listing accuracy
- ● Is not a party to any user arrangement
- ● Is not responsible for cancellations, injuries, or disputes
You participate in any game or sporting activity at your own risk.
07 Messaging and Connections
Do not use messaging to send spam, harass users, or solicit outside the App for commercial purposes. We may review messages where there is a credible report of abuse.
08 Reporting and Moderation
Use the in-app reporting feature for violations. We may issue warnings, suspend accounts, ban users, or refer matters to law enforcement.
09 Account Suspension and Termination
9.1 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, credible reports of harmful conduct, legal requirements, or platform safety.
9.2 By You
You may delete your account from the Privacy screen in the App or by contacting vresparea@gmail.com.
10 Intellectual Property
The VresParea name, logo, design, and software are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
11 Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, accuracy of user content, and safety of in-person activities.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VresParea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under EU law.
13 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Greek law and applicable EU law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
14 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
